Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented registrar for a temporary assignment with one of our public clients. As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to a fair and efficient case management.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and has a strong sense of service. You work independently, have good collaboration skills, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Registration, record-keeping, and mail handling
• Handling of case documents, some archiving, and dispatching
• Disclosure of public documents according to the principle of public access
• Support and service to both the public and internal employees

Qualifications

Education:

• High school education or equivalent
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations governing public operations and the registrar's function and responsibilities
• Certification as a registrar is an advantage

Experience:

• At least 2 years of work experience as a registrar
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with document and case management systems (e.g., Platina or Public 360)
• Familiarity with student registration systems

Preferred:

• Certified registrar training
• Experience working in public administration
